To eldest son Caleb my plantation where I now dwell paying certain legacies. To son Joshua his gr fathers land called Penfenon paying 45 pounds in legacies. To son Evan the plantation I purchased of Wm. Davis cont 150 acres paying 30 pounds to dau Mary when she is of age. To son David & Philip 300 & odd acres purchased of Richard Davis & 10 pounds each when 18 To son John 50 pounds & c when 18. To dau Gwen 1 pounds and to her two sons Edward and William Foulks ewe & lamb each. To dau Margaret 10 pounds & to her 2 children John & Gainer Humphrey ewe & lamb each. To dau Sarah 60 pounds when 18. Exrs sons Caleb & Joshua. Guardians Rowland Ellis & his son Rowland, Rees Thomas, John Morgan. Witnesses Hugh William, Humphrey X Ellis, Wm Davis, John Morgan.
