Apr. 17, 1707, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to by Daniel Scofield and John Knapp, both of Stamford, to his widow Sarah June, and children Peter, James, Thomas, Sarah, Mercy, and Mary, page 98a. Dec. 16, 1707, James, Thomas, and Mercy, children of decedent, made choice of their mother to be their guardian, and the court also appointed her guardian of Mary, another child of decedent, page 98a.
