PROBATE: WILL OF ELEAZAR HUNT.
Probated in Guilford County Feb. Term 1841.Recorded Will Book G, p. 80.
I, Eleazar Hunt, of the County of Guilford of State of N.C., beingold and well stricken in years and well knowing according to the course of nature cannot remain much longer in the land of the living and being myself of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz: I will and devise that all my effects be sold and the proceeds equally divided among all my children share and share alike and all the monies and bonds and everything that I posess be equally divided among my children: giving to my deceased son Zadoc's children their father's share equaly divided among them.
I appoint my sons Ithamar Hunt and John Hunt Executors to this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I, the said Eleazar Hunt, do set my hand the30th day of Sept. A.D. 1840.
